En Noviembre de 1998 culminó un proceso iniciado tiempo atrás y que llevo a Transportes Santos Campos a alcanzar uno de los objetivos planteados como prioritario para el período mencionado, esto es, la obtención del certificado de Registro de Empresa, otorgado por la prestigiosa Asociación Española de Normalización y Certificación (AENOR).

In November 1998 TRANSPORTES SANTOS CAMPOS S.A. finally reached one of its most important objectives , something which had long been considered a priority, to be awarded the company registration certificate issued by the prestigious spanish association of standarization and registration (AENOR).

          

Esta certificación nos obliga a mantener altos estándares de calidad en los servicios que prestamos. Para ello, no basta con satisfacer las necesidades planteadas por nuestros clientes, sino que nos predispone a adelantarnos, previo riguroso análisis, a las mismas. Esto nos otorga el conocimiento y la flexibilidad necesarias para implementar cambios en la operativa funcional de la empresa. Sin que se produzcan mermas cuantitativas y cualitativas en el servicio ofrecido.

Transportes Santos Campos persigue, con estas acciones, un doble objetivo: corresponder a la confianza que los clientes depositen en nosotros y, por otro lado, estimular la mejora diaria del trabajo realizado.

This certificate obliges us to maintain high standards of quality in the services we offer. In order to do this , it is not enough to merely satisfy the needs expressed by our clients , we must also , after rigorous analysis , be prepared to improve on them . This gives us the knowledge and flexibility to implement changes in the working of the company without reducing the quality or quantity of the services we offer.

As a result TRANSPORTES SANTOS CAMPOS S.A. is working towards a double objective ; firstly to earn the trust that our clients place in us , and on the other hand , to be ready to improve on the day to day work that we do.
